MIG creates an electrical arc between a filler material (electrode in the spool gun) and the metal that functions as the cathode, and is likely the most prevalent welding technique in engineering. The arc generates heat to dissolve the electrode wire, while the shielding gas shields the molten metal from exposure to atmospheric elements. As soon as the heat is withdrawn, the substance solidifies and becomes a weld.
MIG welding services (also referred to as GMAW or Gas Metal Arc Welding) are a common method for joining two metals. The diversity of metals suitable for MIG/MAG as well as the high maximum thickness capabilities while maintaining quality contribute to its strength.
TIG welding services use a pointed tungsten electrode that creates an intense arc. This allows for great accuracy that is much needed for high-quality precision welding. TIG welding process (also known as GTAW or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode, meaning that it melts the base metal (the electrode itself does not melt). When filler metal is required, it must be added separately to the weld pool. Similarly to MIG, shielding gas is used to protect the weld. This process allows for very high quality but also puts more requirements on the metal and the cleanliness of the weld and working area. It is most suitable for stainless steel and aluminium welding.
Robotic welding is recommended for repetitive, high-volume welding duties. In comparison to manual welding, welding robots produce more parts in less time while minimizing waste and attaining superior quality and repeatable precision.
Robotic welders are capable of performing a variety of welding processes, including arc welding, resistance welding, spot welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding, to name a few.
For series production, it makes sense to utilize the capabilities of TECVINA’s manufacturing partners due to the high costs associated with robot welding setup.
We are a manufacturing company as well as a welding company. As a result, we can assist with all stages of a project, providing dependable knowledge throughout the process for our customers while also handling administrative responsibilities.
Our staff includes more than six account managers with manufacturing experience, with the goal of being a business partner rather than merely a subcontractor.
Our services are offered for a variety of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and so on. Our welding services are also appropriate for welding sheet metal, tubes, and pipelines.
